Q:	Can you produce our own custom designs?
A:	We absolutely welcome your own designs or we can help design something for you. Our teams of designers are here to create something truly special.
Q:	Can you quote the CIF, C&F, FIS price rather than FOB?
A:	Yes. We can quote you prices according to your request.
Q:	Do you charge for samples?
A:	Sample charges apply and are sent on a collect basis. You may also provide us your freight collect number. All expenses are payable prior to sample being sent.
Q:	How much for an approved sample if I have placed an order?
A:	There is no charge if you have placed your order, signed and sent back our Sales Confirmation and paid the deposit (if applicable) except for the express charges.
Q:	What are your payment terms?
A:	For our general payment terms, 30% deposit by T/T and balance should be 7 days before shipment or L/C at sight.
